Yeah, but that's happened many times and they've seriously cocked it up.

The only good crash games that weren't naughty dog were:

Crash Bash
&
Crash Twinsanity

+ Nitro kart, The Huge Adventure and N-Tranced.

Seriosuly, Nitro Kart was garbage compared to CTR :p

and those GBA games aren't awful, but mostly copies of crash 3.

Meh, it wasn't garbage at all. Its only real major problem was the fact it wasn't as fast paced as CTR, but was still a solid game overall.

The gameplay really didn't feel right IMO, too stiff. CTR will always be king

So apparently the director of Xenoblade Chronicles retweeted Sakurai's announcement about the Monday character reveal. Shulk from Xenoblade Chronicles is a popular request for Smash Bros, so maybe it will be him.

That would be sweet since Smash is currently lacking JRPG representatives.

To be honest, I find his expression to be a bit doped out from this angle, but I can forgive merely due to that model being there in the first place.
