You could report it then. Then again, you can already do that, but it would simply be more strictly enforced, and teachers would be a little more cautious in doing so.

Well that's a catch 22 innit, if you don't get the prescription then you won't be able to see, and you'll keep missing when you aim for the appointment, but you can't get the prescription without successfully hitting the appointment. Maybe have someone with decent eyesight navigate you there?
