Southwest Trains should always be on the twatlist of public transport providers. Their commuter trains make this ear-blasting squeal like a thousand burning harpies to alert the entire platform that A DOOR IS GOING TO OPEN. God forbid you end up standing right in front of that speaker. I'd recommend using the National Rail website for train times in future, they actually bother to be accurate.... I hope you get wherever you need to go!

Hehe, yeah, you're right. It has actually been on the list for quite some time for lots of reasons. I'm driving today just to 'punish' them.

Make sure it doesn't have the reset glitch. When I played R2 on a lent console, it had that so I couldn't progress a lot.

Oh, do share how things went down.

+ I faked an "ilness" for two days which in combination with my three day weekend has basically given me a sort of short little vacation. It's been great.

+ Spending today with Tech frecken rocked. Our time was a little strained, being confined to just one day (especially compared to my meet up with Shroob last August where we had a good five or six days), but that's made up for by the fact that he only actually lives a three or four hour drive from me, so I can go down to visit.

These days are honestly some of my most fondly remembered.

+/- Although it's all temporary, today just felt fantastic. I've spend a couple days from school now, and it's like I got a breath of life back in me today. School is entirely the source of my anxiety, and it's honestly scary how different I become when I'm away from it. I don't really know how to feel about that?

+ My mother caught me doing my usual late night nonsense, but I'm pretty sure I managed to talk her into believing that I actually just randomly woke up.

+ Thai food is fucking great. It's probably my favourite thing next to dicks.

You haven't got too long until school ends (2 years?), but those of course are crucial years... hmm, if you're good at independent study you could possibly try learning from home, perhaps that would make things easier. I say with virtually no knowledge of the US education system.

I'm glad tech and Ad had a good time together, no matter how short!
