This makes it unclear whether the notice is correct or not, or even what its exact nature is. Possibly it's a sign of Rayman: Legends coming to other platforms than just the Wii U. As of yet, the sequel to Rayman: Origins is exclusive to Nintendo's new console. The title did get postponed to early 2013. The German webshop notes Rayman: Legends 2 for next year as well.
I believe that 'Rayman: Legends 2' is a typo and should say 'Rayman: Origins 2' as this is what would signify the link between the RO2 and RL in the article, but who knows.

That is a pretty big typo. Its not like Legends and Legend. Legends and Origins is completely different is typing. But it is just a typo, I shouldn't say much right about now.

Could easily just be a misunderstanding on their part, let us not forget the flurry of disappointment that happened that time when a Rayman HD collection was noted by a game store.
