I just saw Hot Tub Time Machine, and it was the best movie I've seen all year. I hope Shrek Forever After is good.

I agree. His style matches the character perfectly.

Yes I have seen this movie, it's awesome, very beautiful scenery and environment ! Porbably the best movie of this years (better than Avatar, I think). You really should go see this movie ! You can't disapointed !
Sorry for my English

Oh, I've seen alot of movies lately. Listing a few of them:
The Golden Compass - Disappointing movie. It would probably have been better if it wasn't so rushed, and if the acting wasn't so half-ass.
Rejsen til Saturn - Very good. Not the funniest movie I've ever seen, but it did make me laugh, and it has a nice plot.
Der Untergang - It's pretty dark, but also great. Especially the acting.
Arthur and the Minimoys - Okay, good for a children's movie. Nothing special though.
Blown Away - Classic hollywood action movie. I enjoyed this one.
EDIT: I just watched Shrek 2. So awesome.

I could see this movie today, and I'm pleasantly surprised (can you correct me, if it's wrong ?

). Seriously, for me, It's the best movie of this years, after Alice in Wonderlands ! Best animated films what I see since 3 years ago

I think that the acting and the casting were very good in that film, actually. The poor script and direction were what ruined it for me. The book was way better.

Douglas Rand (the voice of Mr Dark) played Arthur's father.

So do I. I'd heard about Kick-Ass months ago, but I never really paid much attention until recently, which is when I heard about how good it was. Toy Story 3 will be phenomenal, of course.

I watched the last part of The Three Musketeers yesterday, and I couldn't take it seriously, because one of the main characters are played by the same guy as Charlie Harper. They might as well have called the movie 'Two and a Half Musketeers'.

I thought I'd have the same problem when I watched Platoon, but it was so involving that I just forgot about 2 1/2 men and really enjoyed the film. His acting is great in that film, but doesn't match Willem Dafoe. Recommended.

It sucks. I only enjoyed the last quarter of the movie.
Okay tbh honest it's not that bad, but that's nothing special. The atmosphere is far from what it should be.
Watched Nausicaä (again) tonight, that's so much better...

Tonight I'm going to see How To Train Your Dragon... I read the book and it's sequel How To Be A Pirate, and they were funny books, so I expect nothing bad of the movie.
EDIT:
Just saw it, and I have to darn well say, it's the best done 3D animated movie I've ever seen. I expect almost as much from How To Be A Pirate assuming they'll do that as well.

Watched Apocalypse Now Redux last night/morning. Kinda freaked me out, but probably because I was so tired staying up until 5 watching it. I'd highly recommend watching it, but in the daytime

I just saw Astroboy and Amazing Mr. Fox.
Astroboy is yet again another great animated movie, and Amazing Mr. Fox is very different with it's stop-motion animation, but it's FUNNY!! It's hilarious! Some of the best humor I've ever seen. It's smart humor all the way through.
