That is one of my favourite songs to listen to, But I'm not the only one..

A bit unorthodox adding Act 2 themes into Sonic 2, that was something that Sonic 3 introduced. Can't complain though, I really like this mix on the Emerald Hill theme, still sounds like Emerald Hill, but with a Palmtree Panic sort of vibe.
