Funfact: we had another member who briefly went by ZAR, but was more popularly known by another, longer name…
Anyway, welcome Zarcatus, good to have you with us!

Yes, precisely!
Re: Please introduce yourself here
Yea, I find the forums to be easy to navigate through. I'll post something in the Rayman 2 GBC section shortly.Greengoop wrote: Sun Jun 08, 2025 8:59 pm Have you found the Speedrun section of the forums yet, Zar?
Also, I should have mentioned that most people just call me Zarc or Zarcatus.

I think it’s one-time only, assuming you’ve already asked staff in the past…Julian_T wrote: Thu Jul 17, 2025 4:27 am ps.. is there a way for me to change my username back to that?

Hello,
I've been a fan of Rayman since I was a kid. I'm nearly 29 now, so getting old heh. Got fond memories of playing Rayman 1-3 from my childhood.
I've used this website since at least late 2000's, have been lurking as a guest for a long time. Also had a lot of good use out of raytunes and raywiki. Wanted to catch the 30 year anniversary of one of my favorite game series tomorrow, so that's one of the reasons I decided it was time for my finally joining here.
To all of you guys still hanging on to this old (and glorious forum) hello and nice to meet you and say hi at last.

I don't like my username but looks like it's too late to change it. :P
Hello Rayman community.
I have never interacted with any part of the Rayman fandom before but I accidentally ended up hyperfixating on Rayman after not thinking about the games since 2015.
Happy 30th anniversary btw.

You can always PM an admin, I’m sure they’d be more than willing to change it for you.Arkveld wrote: Mon Sep 01, 2025 2:28 pm I don't like my username but looks like it's too late to change it.![]()

Re: Please introduce yourself here
Yo! I've been a Rayman fan since I was a kid, as R3 and RRR were some of the first games I have any memory of playing on my PS2, along with Gift and GTA: Vice City. I have been on a Rayman kick recently and started to play through the series, both to replay games I haven't touched in years (Rayman 1, 3 and RRR) and play games I hadn't yet given a proper look (Rayman 2). My favourite Rayman games are Rayman 1 and Rabbids GBA, since I enjoy the Rayman 1 formula more than the 3D games, though I do like those too, but they're just not as replayable for me.
I've been aware of RPC for a pretty long time and have lurked around the forums every so often, and decided to finally make an account since its still quite active to this day, while still being a relatively small community, which I far prefer over big communities. I've also used Raywiki and Raytunes pretty often and I'm decently up to date with Rayman news.
Rayman aside, I mainly play retro games (from PS2 backwards), since most modern games outside of indies bore me to death, and like collecting old games (mostly PS2, but also GBA and PS1). I have fairly sizeable 100+ PS2 game collection, which is still growing slowly but surely. I also love looking into lesser known games since they aren't frequently discussed and thus are fairly uncharted territory, probably helps I grew up with a lot of games like that.
I don't know how active I will be here but will try to check in here every time I can
