I had this in my head just now. It's clearly something.

This is surprising?Keane wrote:LOL, this is by far the most "fucken' nerds" page this threads ever seen. Does Raymanpc have no interest in music outside the video gaming sphere?

Re: Music you are listening to now!
It's a lot better than the normal "Final Destination" soundtrack( even though it has the same tune
) The soundtrack tend start right there at 02:43.

Re: Music you are listening to now!
Well, sometimes, if I'm feeling brave, I go out and listen to soundtracks from film or television, or even the odd meme.
In all seriousness, it is a fair point. While it's clear that I have a predilection towards video game soundtracks, I don't think it's quite as cut-and-dry. VG Soundtracks can cover a range of genres these days, and I don't think I'm entirely focused on one particular genre of VGM. Though looking at the tracks I share, I think the most prevalent for me is probably electronic music. Though I do also like listening to orchestral tracks, and that's probably where I overlap with TV or film soundtracks.
I admit, generally I'm not so inclined towards songs with vocals, though I do appreciate that lyrics can come from a very heartfelt and personal place, and I do respect and admire songwriters who are capable of doing so. However, with the odd exception, it's normally not my cuppa' at the end of the day.
Anyways, here's one from the old Transformers, to reiterate the nerd factor:

This usually plays in the background of the loading screen for "a Dojo Level".
I like the relaxing feels of hearing this track while I was waithing for the game to load.

Well, I'm back on Doctor Who:

Exactly, it all depends on the mood. VGM covers such a wide variety of genres now, everybody can find his favourite ones without necessarily having to look outside the video gaming sphereMaster wrote:Well, sometimes, if I'm feeling brave, I go out and listen to soundtracks from film or television, or even the odd meme.

To stay on topic:

BAH BAH, BAH BAH
BAH BAH, BAH BAH
Sounds like someone constantly burping.

I love the classical feel to this track. Like it was made in the 90s or something.
