Well, i think only one.

Two.

There is a prototype ROM on which you can test one stage with bzzit at the end and there is a beta rom which includes a quarter of the full game and is most like the completed version.
I do believe there is one more because this footage is not presented in neither of these two roms:

I think the question is awkwardly worded, in honesty. We don't know how many prototypes there have been in total from start to finish, only those which have been leaked. I think a better wording would have been "how many prototype versions of the original Rayman game are we aware of?" Or something to that effect.

You are maybe right Master. The answer I had in head was 4 because of that picture where livingstone is mounting a spider in an unknown environment, two leaked versions and the picture Omar showed. However due to me awkwardly wording a question, I will give points to Omar.
