That's tough but I have to go with friends, at least if a machine breaks like your computer etc. you can replace it. You can't really replace friends though.

Nvidia, I know more about their graphics cards than AMD. But which one do you think is better since I was thinking sometime I want to get a better graphics card than the dumb integrated one I have now!

I would say Nvidia due to the better driver support etc, but I'm thinking of actually getting an AMD one now since my monitor has freesync. It's up to yourself though since both make good cards nowadays anyway 
Bluray just because the quality is far superior and is still the best source for 4k TV's to this day for uncompressed video due to the amount of space on a Bluray disc.
Headset with a mic even though I don't really play online or normal headphones? (Probably better to have the mic just in case, yeah this is more of a what should I do scenario

NOrmal headphones, though they don't really go for me since my head is apparently too large for most headphones, so earphones. I have a mic on my computer so I don't have to worry about one of those

I think you mean trackpad but mouse definitely, I can't stand the trackpad on my laptop, it's awful.
