I'm sorry, I haven't seen that post before.

It does mean that. I had not played for months but two days ago I decided to give it another try. After only twenty minutes of playing I managed the glitch. I have 99999 in TBOM now, which is a great success, considering how long it took me.

Well , I improved HH! .. my score is now 80916 in HH

@ sfn42: I'm concerned that there are now three levels in which you have a higher score than me. Congratulations on your improvements, anyway.

sfn: Great scores and cool to have another player reaching the milestone of 840k points. As I see it, you have only truly hard levels left. SBTC is where you can find most points, but you'll have to conjure up some tricks at the edge before jumping for the green gem in part 3. LS and FC can probably give you around 3.000 points combined, but it's just unbelievably hard. It would be interesting to see what you play next?

Xenon: I haven't been to RaymanZone in ages. When it comes to discussing scores and combos it's a dead forum. Anyway, can you give me the gist of what the trouble is with Kleanesy?

For some reason, I don't see Xenon's score in the HoF and sfn's isn't up to date. Is there something wrong with it?

@MandM: SBTC is a horrible level for me. I haven't played it for almost five years and I have never tried any of the major combos in any part. The highest I ever got after part 1 is 11700 and the highest I ever got after part 2 is 55700 - pathetic. My big goal is to overtake DTUCC and I want to overtake him with SBTC. In order to do (savely) that I'll have to get some extra points in other levels. TLS is the level I want to play at last, as I hate that shoe with a passion. That leaves only TFC, which is the level I'm gonna play next. Goal: 44200.

@Hunchman: I'll enter my code soon but I'll try to finish TFC before that.

Without the extended 3MC your chances of getting 44k+ are seriously restricted. And let me warn you, taking that second Matuvu after the lower gem is one of the toughest challenges the game demands. I've never done it myself. Personally, I'd choose TSBTC and TLS over TFC, though I hate all three with a passion too.

@ MandM: Well, it's been hacked twice while she was admin yet she's done nothing. She doesn't know how to deal with things, at all (banning inappropriately springs to mind here). Just general stuff really.

@ Hunchman: Yeah, I noticed this too. I certainly didn't remove my score, must be an error of some kind. I'll try and get it back up soon.

I've managed that second Matuvu four times in my life already. Last time I finished with the normal version because I was very busy at that time and couldn't play enough to get the right form. Now I have more time. I know it will be difficult as hell but I'll try my best to finally do it. BTW, TFC is the only level of these three I don't hate.

Well, if she is in any way responsible through negligence for the lack of back-up of the forums, I say burn her. I have lost about a thousand posts on that forum due to hacking.

I lost about 7000 posts when the old forum got hacked. Lack of safety has always been an issue with Ubisoft.

It's not just management. I was banned last month for 'flaming'. Turns out saying "I'm just trying to annoy Kleaneasy" is in fact a form of flaming.

Anyway, it's interesting to know that you can both take the Matuvu in combo. Maybe it's just that I'm not quick enough with the direction arrows, or something. I may give it another shot after I play TDOTK.

As concerns Rayman 3, it reminds me that I was playing TOTL part 2 before I stopped. This is a very long level, which makes it really hard to do well in all the combos

It sounds a bit desperate to me banning members for innocent remarks like that. I hope she will come to realise she needs to change her style, or that someone will force her to do so.

As for that second Matuvu, I don't think it's easy for any of us. I usually spend hours and hours before I can pass part 3. It is within nanoseconds, I'm sure, that the Matuvu can be taken successfully.

Not only is it horrible to lose one's posts, but what's maybe more serious is that the history of the game is lost through these hackings and lack of back-ups. I think it would have been great to have the posts from 2003 until present so one could see when this or that combo was used for the first time. And one could see the progress made in scoring.

I joined RZ in the summer of 2005 and it was just after a hacking where all posts had been deleted. It was especially annoying for me as I started to play for points in 2005/2006. At the time I could have used the posts to give me ideas for improving the combos, but it was all lost and players seemed to have stopped playing at the time. Jona had stopped, Block had stopped and many others too. It was a dark time. Attempts were made to revive RZ, but it was halted by annual hackings and subsequently deletions of posts. Now it is virtually dead apart from some rabbid-related issues.

I love reading old threads about scoring, to see how I and others did at that time, how we thought about the game and to remind me that our scores have been low at a time. That's why it's a shame that RZ has been hacked all the time. All the great discussions about scores are gone, all the developments. I'm lucky to at least have TSF which documents the improvements of all German players from summer 2004. Everything before that is lost but it's at least something.

@Xenon: What happened to the Kleaneasy-thread? I can't find it anymore.

It got trashed, let's just forget about please.
