Simply because 'M' could be misleading in north america because of their rating system.

... Ah. My problem is that I've only ever played the PSX/PS1 version so far (being the only console I used to have). I'm afraid I cannot answer this question, and the internet won't help me either.

The Game Boy Color version is 'Rayman 2 Forever' though, does that qualify as the same game?

Master is correct. I am using RayWiki for these questions, which lists the GBC as one of the platforms on the main Rayman 2 page.

Could it be Zelda from the Legend of Zelda?

Zelda, when André talks to the fairy in Fairy Council, in french he says:
"Hé, la fée, va voir chez Zelda si j'y suis"

And in the English version he says 'Beat it fairy, Zelda needs you' or something.

I'd say Zelda but everyone already has.

Fun fact: the quote is a reference fail. Andre says "Zelda needs you" when, in fact, Link is the main character in Legend of Zelda.

I am extremely sorry. Since I decided to host this season, so much has gone on in my life. My life is getting pretty hectic at the moment and I'm not feeling very good in myself. I do not have any time to continue this season, and if I did the wait between questions would be too long. I'm so sorry for this, and the inconvienience it may have caused.

That's alright Ribshark, I wholly appreciate that not everything can be as simple as wanted. I hope whatever troubles you're dealing with go by easily, and know you have the support of the community. You have my thanks for taking the time out to inform us of the problem.

As for the quiz, as I'm currently in the midst of exam season, I won't be able to act as a backup at the moment. So, I'll see if a fellow mod can carry the torch temporarily for the rest of this season (or until I'm available to take the reins, finishing time depending naturally). The alternative, if my peers are too busy, is that I put this season under temporary hiatus until I can continue it myself. I'll discuss this and get back to you folks.
