I guess it depends on one's definition of "stupid nonsense". One obviously gets away with a lot more eejitry than usual when there's a record to be broken, but posts in game threads that show no creativity at all are still frowned-upon. Games that attract too many such posts tend to get locked. The "lamasticot" one required no creativity, so that was locked quite early, and the pants one was getting spammed so that was also locked. On the French side I eventually unlocked "La Bombe", the counting game, which Humch didn't re-lock, but it fell dormant fairly quickly as we ran out of ideas and knew it would have to be re-locked if we started repeating ourselves!

I have to wonder how many games the French Forum has that the English doesn't. I know of the counting and the "I spit on" and the video game quiz one (which I don't think i translated correctly)

We also have the grumpy Smurf game, where someone proposes a person/place/thing and the next person has to explain why they dislike it, and the "for how much would you…?" game. There's a general-knowledge quiz too. Which reminds me…

I still have to go find some questions and start an English general-knowledge quiz!

I have to say somebody filed a claim against me for my car accident 2 months ago. Man this sucks....

Yeah, my original idea for this thread was to be creative and say something dangerous or stupid you should never do, but none of us including me have stuck to that for the most part
