Meh, I don't think there's any official Rayman images featuring Picard, sadly. Still, with the right theme, he could be manipulated in, this theme in particular could feature it in.

I present to you, Rayception! Although not so much an inception if it has an end.... Rayman inside a placard held by Rayman inside a placard held by Rayman! Nah, that doesn't work... I still present to you Rayception even though the title doesn't particularly fit!

I couldn't make this one transparent either because no matter how hard I tried, EVERYTHING that was white would become transparent, including Sonic's sign and Rayman's gloves.

Conveniently enough, it seems not only am I late, but Plum's entry is MIA, I'll see if I can get his entry back up, then the polls shall open.

What the hell is going on with attachments here these days? My own server has also proven itself too unreliable to host my images… (Although I feel there's probably a simple solution to that that I'm not seeing).
