How can a character who is leader of the Knaaren army and who commands Reflux to torture Rayman be considered neutral? I'm guessing you're latching on to the fact that he bestows the Leptys power upon Rayman... but that was a reluctant act carried out simply because Rayman was victorious.
~Though I do like the idea of special ranks. Perhaps there could be five prestigious avatars (I'm thinking Rayman in the power suits) available only to users who have, say, 200,000 Tings.

Most of that is true, but did you notice you didn't see ANY hoodlum IN the knaaren caves?
Mostly because that the knaarens are invincible and kill any outsiders if they get in they're caves.
So it is just neutral for me, because they're against Rayman AND André.

The baddie positions are not exclusively reserved for the Hoodlum army. Any character who tries to kill Rayman should undeniably be deemed bad. Gumsi's disliking of André is irrelevant.
