A person takes forever to get those special ranks so...

The only two people who have that many Tings already have special avatars anyway.

Most of that is true, but did you notice you didn't see ANY hoodlum IN the knaaren caves?
Mostly because that the knaarens are invincible and kill any outsiders if they get in they're caves.

So it is just neutral for me, because they're against Rayman AND André.

I'm sure all villains are against each other.

The baddie positions are not exclusively reserved for the Hoodlum army. Any character who tries to kill Rayman should undeniably be deemed bad. Gumsi's disliking of André is irrelevant.
