I've seen the first one before and it's crazy. It seems the barrel can be ignited from pirate shots as well as small fires.

Hard as it is to let him crush the tree's, the hardest is not getting under his feets

I especially hated it how the screen moves so you're facing downwards. -_-

I also had troubles finding all the Lums in The Iron Mountains, especially the ones on the wooden construction you ride on with the walking shell. I think the whole level is creepy, anyway. It's as if the developers put all their final gameplay ideas into that level and the result is a very strange mixture. It would have been better if they had cut some parts and replaced them with more classic areas (for instance the rotating plattform right after the beginning with the two switches and the lasers doesn't fit).

Have you seen the Iron Mountain in Revolution? OMG...they even threw in Grolem 13...

Yeah, I've got Revolution, too. I mean, Grolem is not a bad boss, he is fun to play but he doesn't fit into the level at all. Aditionally, he looks like a bad copy of Axel. They could at least have given him a more interesting appearence. Why not making him look like the fourth mask for instance?

When I first heard of Grolem 13, I imagined he would be the same colour as the fourth mask, but that he would be more rounded than Axel and Foutch, and that Rayman would fight him on a rickety wooden bridge surrounded by mist, like the Road to Nowhere level in Crash Bandicoot 1.

I find it stupid that Umber is the Guardian of the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire.... i mean that area doesnt have a Boss!!!
But in the PS1 version of TGE it has a boss, its a Robo Pirate!!

Maybe Umber is smart and knows that Rayman wants the second mask to save the world

Really? Is it an actual boss or just a normal Robo Pirate enemy?
Umber is called Colossus on PS1, right? Or is that another of the bosses?
I wonder why they felt the need to give the bosses different names.

Ly had said that she managed to speak to one of the Guardians or something, and he went on their side.

I think it was in the PS1 version, and possibly the DS...

The DS version is a port of the N64 version so wouldn't it be on N64 too?
I already have the PC version and the PS2 version (Revolution) but now I wish I had bought the PS1 version for £1.99 when I saw it.. But I'm most interested in getting the DS version some time.

To answer all your questions:
In R2 PS1, you fight a Robo-Pirate called Ninjaws for the second mask. He is a Ninja Henchman, identical to the other three or so Ninja Henchmen found throughout the game, but Ninjaws is Razorbeard's favourite.
The guardians aren't named at all in the PS1 version, but the Teensies refer to Umber as a "stone colossus" and Rayman says "thank you, colossus" to him, leading to confusion that "Colossus" is Umber's name in this version.

Actually, the Teensies
told Rayman that Ly had contacted Umber and won him over. The Teensies later said that Ly had contacted Foutch, but he had gone mad and would not listen.
