I knew something was incredibly sketchy when it said it was from Hong Kong and that 30 of them were being sold at once. The Wii U label is completely absent. And OCG just mentioned to me how Wii U controllers are region locked... so I'm already fucked. I'll have to get a refund asap.

I think legal action can be threatened, since selling bootlegs/fakes are illegal. The item doesn't ship until the 19th and if he doesn't reply by then I will report him to Ebay.

Got fully refunded out of lashing the shit towards the seller. I'm trying to decide now if it's really worth $50 for a controller.

Just letting you guys know that a demo for Smash Bros 3DS came out on the Japanese eShop today. The west will be getting info on their demo soon.

Look at a new Limited Edition of the Nintendo 3DS XL, which should be available October 10.
Ooh, while I can't say I personally would be happy with the practice, given my chances of having both versions is pretty nil, this seems like a clever way for Ninty to get a little bit more out of the Smash bandwagon.
Still, reading the article, hearing the likes of Ridley and MewTwo in one sentence does make me shift to cynical mode, given how they're both heavily sought and past rollercoasters in regards to them.
