Certain textures and assets wouldn't appear in the game if it was set to the aspect ratio.

I can see why you've said 3-9, but it's not what I'm looking for. It starts off in a circular manner, but you can't loop back to it as part of the level.

I've been looking at a 100% all Rayman Jungle Run levels walkthrough and I've come to the conclusion that the answer is....

2-5 and 4-9.

Well, I got nothing. Gee, this question is almost impossible...

Well, I guess I'll give a small clue, and allow a second try to all. Unless you somehow jump over, you'll never know you passed the start again.
