I know, right? I mean, every color has like 3 shades at most.
The Problem is that I'm way too busy with work to get enough practice to jot the art down to a notch.

Hm, not to come out of the blue, but I was perusing through Droolie's Texture Pack links, and I noticed that the Multiupload links go to some shady stuff now, is it possible to have those links changed to a more current and safe location?

Indeed. Rayman Origins does have a lovely, lively look to it.
Well when you find the time, just keep on praticing. Origins' style was a bit tricky to emulate.

Really? That's a shame.

How much better is Rayman Legends than Origins?

Well, Origins and Legends are very alike but from personal experience Origins offers more of a challenge. Legends is much more expansive but only because it has Back to Origins, Kung Foot, and the Online Challenges. Legends does have more character skins and has the radical Musical Maps. But in my opinion, I recommend starting off with Origins.

I honestly don't have any particular opinion one way or the other as to which would be better to start off with. Origins is more of an 'opus' than Legends, and I would say is definitely longer, more fun and more challenging, but Legends is certainly superior in virtually every area of the artistic department. Story-wise however, I would recommend playing Origins first if you know nothing, as the plot-twist near the end sort of leads into Legends. It's not really much in a game that virtually has no story, but I can say that it was a genuinely good twist.

Though I have a hard time imagining that everyone hasn't already been spoiled.

If you want my honest opinion, it is only better if you search for the longest canon Rayman ever (in case you are a completist, because to reach the 100% you have around an average of 20 hours of gameplay excluding the extra time to reach the maximum Awesomeness rank) and a "three-dimensional" graphism.

The level design of Origins was more carefully planned in detail, and as a consequence it is a harder game than Legends. Getting the Lums Medal is more difficult than getting the Gold Cups in Legends, I can give a remarkable experience I had in my first walkthrough of Origins as an example. It is really difficult to get +350 Lums in Riding the Storm by yourself without the help of a friend because it requires such a dexterity to avoid dying and to destroy the biggest number of helicopter bombs as possible that it is really easy to get bubblized. That level was insane. One of the few moments that remembered me of Rayman 1 in my childhood.

At face value, I think Origins and Legends are pretty much the same, it's when you look deeper. I feel that Origins is more suited to single player, but with multiplayer as a neat addition on top, there's plenty of segments and levels where fellow players will get bubblised for falling behind in Origins, for instance. Legends, on the other hand, seems to be designed more for local multiplayer, but with single player as well, after all, Murfy was the main idea for Legends before the Wii U exclusivity went down.

Legends seems to be quite fun to play with friends or family. I had shown it to my mom and let her have a try at it, and she liked that.

Also, who has the PSVita version of Rayman Origins?

I was just curious, since I had it too. Though since you did answer, I got another question.

How do you feel about having to hunt for the relics in this version?

Where can I find the scrapped concepts/artworks for Origins? Also I heard of Mr Dark that woul have appeared in the game, and thus his soundtrack was made, but in the final game he wasn't there. Is it true? Where can I find more about?

I don't think we found scrapped artwork for Picture City, but I'm not wholly certain.
