Played a bit of Legends on PC today only to remember my hatred for Uplay. Seriously, these are some of the ugliest customizable avatars I've ever seen. Though I don't let it hinder my experience in Legends. I just wish they'd choose to use Steamworks rather than Uplay.

These services or "accounts" are actually totally crap. Sadly more and more things including applications and games start using some sort of service like that, or even REQUIRE you to use it. Hell, Rabbids Alive & Kicking grants you an achievement if you sign up to Uplay! :boon:

Its ridiculous. I still have got the art contest voucher to use, but if only this voucher worked on any other digital shop instead of just UPlay only.

Uplay has a lot of problems recognizing my achievements at times.
But I think Games for Windows Live is MUCH worse.

Didn't Legends sell best on Wii U? Or did the PS4 and Xbox One releases out sell it?

If the former is true then this is completely silly. Though I really don't see why it can't be on all versions.

So they don't care about PC anymore too...silly Ubisoft.

That V.I.P. skin looks great though.

The skin is there on all platforms, it's just not unlockable (you can hack the game to unlock it though). Nor will it be on any other platform. As the image says, it's only for "VIP"s. Apart from the dev team, almost nobody who hasn't hacked the game has got the skin and it will likely stay that way.

Well, Ubi said that best players of RL can receive it. Unfair that only best PS4 and Xbox One players can receive it and not giving others chance (Wii U can't be hacked either for example). Doesn't hacking PC version to unlock it cause crashing?

Well, the Wii U version have got 3 exclusive skins already (not counting with the one of Barbara as an AC character)...

Yeah, but this being something as UbiRay does not make sense to stay Next Gen only. I can understand if for example Ubisoft made Halo costume as Xbox One exclusive or Crash costume as PS4 exclusive but something as UbiRay is in my opinion deserved to be on all systems for best players.

I don't even see why they should let players get UbiRay at all. Seems something only for the developers and should stay that way.

Hmm, I'm a little ambivalent about this. I guess I wouldn't mind if they'd give it to the top players per platform, as a reward for their skill and effort, but having it next-gen only (and PS4/One at that) does seem like an odd move, to put it mildly.

I'm not against idea. Sure give it out to the Top Players because they earned it. I can't say anything about it only being Next-Gen since, Ubisoft did state their were dropping the Last-Gen support. Only thing I say no to is giving this character to everyone.

"Like excuse me, did you make the game and/or get top scores? I didn't think so. What did mama say about lying? The bear got him."

I don't see the big deal with missing out on one skin. We got a modding community ready to rock 'n roll with this game at anytime.
OldClassicGamer wrote:Wii U is not Last-Gen though.
Sort of. It is part of the new gen with PS4 and XB1 and so far Wii U is far surpassing both of them, but I think it seriously would've been a better idea if Nintendo just waited instead of immediately rushing out the Wii U. Maybe try to catch a glimpse at what there rivals are doing? I like my Wii U but I think that if Nintendo took more time with it, it could be even more of a graphical powerhouse. Hell, look what's happening with the 3DS, it's now getting a graphical upgrade, and it damn well should, Pokemon X/Y had a lot of framerate issues in 3D, and remember the horrible framerate in the Rayman Origins port? Chances are a lot of those could be fixed. I have a feeling that Nintendo will end up releasing a new Wii U model which will be graphically better, just my thoughts. I'm noticing this whole type of "Ah shit we fucked up" trend lately with big companies. Look at Microsoft, they not only removed that kinect nobody wanted, but in addition gave us a better Xbox One, performance wise. Seems Nintendo is now doing the same.

Also 10,000th post, awesome.
