Rémi, you’ve double posted several times. Please merge your double post. I’m interested in your first rehearsal!

I don't think users are able to merge posts if someone posted after them. Still, he did not spam at all. He just updated his info about something really great. Don't be so critical towards him. Guy composed some of the most beautiful soundtracks I ever heared.

You actually
can merge posts, even if someone posted after you, by editing the post. I know that the post is an update. I’m not critical. I like the soundtrack!

For the most part, there's usually some time difference between Rémi's replies, I don't think we need to be as critical about that.

The main point of the "Don't double post" rule is to avoid spamming and submitting tiny information snippets in several comments. Since he didn't do any of the 2 mentioned points, it is completely OK. However it really isn't your job to inform anyone about the posting rules, the mods will take care of it.

Just what Rayrobi said, plus the fact that mini-modding isn't quite acceptable either.
@Rémi Looking forward for it!

Thanks Haruka for the info, I won’t do these things (warn users and do minimodding) again. I want your Rayman 2 PS1 config for ePSXe! Could you post it in the emulation thread?

Rayman 2 does not need any special config for ePSXe to my knowledge. Only game in Rayman series that do need it is Rayman 1.

Hi everydoby,
The video of the first rehearsal are here :

The band isn't complete yet, but I wanted to try to play these musics live "to see what happens"
Don't hesitate to comment, I'm interested in your opinions.

Ah, that's one fine rehersal!
Sandrine is a great sax player, and I love Robin's six-string bass. Do you know what brand the bass is out of curiosity, or is it custom-made?
The instrumentation gives off an awesome Klezmer-like vibe, which is different (since there obviously aren't any strings here), but in a really good way. Out of curiosity, will there be any strings in the finished product?

I think there will, after a while you hear a soft violin sound I think. I think it still needs to be replaced with a real violinist. I could be wrong though

I can't really say anything constructive, as I'm not musically inclined, suffice to say though, I do like it.

Thank's for Sandrine and Robin (which use a seven-strings bass

I don't know the brand, sorry (but I will ask for it).
Yes, I expected real strings (first step : a Cello player, and perhaps a symphonic orchestra).
In this rehearsal, my strings sounds was low... but it was just a rehearsal

The rehearsal was fantastic! I can't believe how good these songs still are in the year of 2014

. I believe they will become intemporal!

Thank for this, it's really gratifying to see Rayman music performed by real musicians! The only thing I'm not sure about is using the saxophone as the lead instrument, which would be appropriate for some tracks, but gives these three a very different feel – the original soundtrack was very much dominated by the synthesised strings.
