But it draws the community closer

You are confusing RZ and PC.

Which comment did you mean? It draws the community together because it creates good discussions, and you are confusing RZ and PC because PC is much more relaxed and doesn't lock bumped topics/topics that are off topic. The PC is a place to relax and have fun (okay, Rayman related stuff is certainly welcome) but off topicness can be justified.

We still have to keep things clean though. As well as you keep yourself undercontrol, Xenon.

Things are perfectly clean, now.
And I am under control, thank you very much.

Well, I'll help make sure of it. I am sure Hunchman wants us mods to keep undercontrol and help keep the forum clean as possible...
Speaking of Hunchman... were is he?

The forum is clean, at the moment. Things are running smoothly...

I think neo's topic could have kept unlocked but we would have had to moderate it. There were funny posts, such as Phoenixian's army, and useless posts that were just bunches of regular smilies.
By the way, off-topic is allowed, but it is better to avoid it in very specific topics.

Which most of the topics in the members forum are not specific to something.

You were right on most points, but the fact that you said off topicness should be forbidden was a bit overboard

For instance, off-topic in the Rayman forum is quite annoying.

In the stickies and big topics it should be justified, though.

You know, in the Rayman forum is where Xenon and that other guy was REALLY off-topic at in the Rayman 4 topic. I stopped that and made them get back on topic.
What about the members forum and the Off-Topic forum though?

It mostly depends on the kind of topic. It does not really matter in the Members Forum and Off Topic boards.

That's exactly what I said (except the first comment)
Btw, Hoodcom, do you mean neo with 'that other guy'? ^^
