In R2 DC, when you get knowledge from the lums, one piece of knowledge is that Polokus created Eig, who spends his time getting drunk on fermented swamp waters or something. Also in R2 DC, in the swampy place near the start of TSORAL, Eig pops out of the water and stares drunkenly at you. That's right, Eig is in R2 DC. I was surprised when I saw Saestrol's vid too.

I remember reading that the guardian was called Jano in a magazine from 2001, which clearly shows the name wasn't made up for Rayman 3. I don't know how they found out though

Aatu90's Rayman Revolution playthrough is pretty awesome as well.

I don't consider the Hecklers bosses despite their yellow health bar. And by the way you've missed out loads of them... there are four in part 1 TOTL alone.

the lavomatrixes were easy man... as were all the bosses.

The Hecklers and Lavomatrix are more like sub-bosses that proper ones.

Masterkaag, Begoniax, Razoff, Celoche, Reflux, Horrible Machine, Leptys Reflux.

He is a colossus. The guards in the PS version didn't have specific names.

I'm pretty sure you're wrong there. Although he was referred to as 'a stone colossus', he was also addressed as 'Colossus' by Rayman himself.

The Teensies tell Rayman that "The second mask is guarded by a stone colossus", and later, Rayman says "Thank you colossus" after being helped across the lava by him.

Since all the subtitles in the game are in capitals, it's impossible to tell if it's "colossus" or "Colossus". I would guess the latter, due to the Teensies' use of the words "a stone colossus". And the fact that he already has a name: Umber.

I think that Rayman just said "Thank you colossus" because...well, what else could he have said? "Thank you, a stone colossus"?

Now that I have the PS version of Rayman 2, I can easily figure out whether Colossus is his name. I just have to play the French version: if he calls him colosse, it's not.

I think I'm starting to think he was left nameless now. I didn't know that 'colossus' was an actual word - I thought the Teensies just used it as a term to describe him as huge, powerful etc.

That's what I was saying - They were all nameless in the PS1 Version.

Though they had some awesome dialogue and voices...
