Well yeah, they had a huge ranklist but it was totally messed up and hardly made sense.

What was the top rank? An electoon?

Nope, a red ting, I suppose.

It was Rayman, Polokus, the Dark Rayman fanart, a gun thing, Mr Dark and some other stuff I can't remember.

There were eight avatars for each rank level.

Have you said 8?! Now that's a wide selection.

The selection was too wide in fact. There were over 150 avatars in total, and that's just too much. Some were pure class though - the Crown avatar comes first to mind.

Anyway, the idea of a few selectable avatars was good, as you could select your gender. Or am I wrong?

You know, my favorite avatars were the ''Dark Rayman'' one, and the one with Begoniax's toilet.

Unfortunately, it was full of incoherences. I remember bashing it more than once ^^

I remember Murfy was rank 2, which was pretty ridiculous, and Globox ranks appeared in the first four levels. I think some of the masks from R2 were in the wrong order, and the doctors in R3 were all in the same level.

It must have been assembled by a chimpanzee.

That Spiral Door actually leads to the Hall. In the cutscene, they just make it look like he's going inside. That probably explains why he doesn't shrink in, just turns.

Even if that's the case, if the entire COBD was a dream or hallucination, that doesn't explain the fact that Rayman can find yellow lums there. It also doesn't explain the fact that a Spiral Door in the Hall of Doors leads directly to the COBD.

Dark Rayman sounds mysterious and cool, like Shadow Mario. Plus, there's Rayman Advance. I don't consider Rayman Junior to be canon anyway.

He's never called anything more than the "Wicked Double" in Rayman Junior. Also, if you look at the code for the Mr. Dark: Bad Rayman RD event in the EVE.MLT it's "MS_dark_to_blackray".

Dark Rayman and Bad Rayman are the same as far as I'm concerned. I don't see any reason why they shouldn't be, and plenty of reasons why they should.
