It's not hard. Just try to recall your dreams whenever you wake up. Eventually, lucidity will come naturally.

I thought you had to do a test to see if you're awake during the dream and then you know that you're not

That's just one of the many ways.

The way I suggested has something to do with being able to tell apart the dream world from the real one.

If you constantly ask yourself 'Am I Dreaming' and plug your nose during the day, you'll eventually do so in a dream and go lucid. That's another way.

Yeah but you'll only be lucid if you plug your nose or whatever and something happens that wouldn't happen in real life, otherwise how could you tell the difference?

Yeah but you'll only be lucid if you plug your nose or whatever and something happens that wouldn't happen in real life, otherwise how could you tell the difference?

You'll plug your nose, realize you can still breath, BAM lucidity.

If you plug your nose and are dreaming, you can still breathe.

The reason is because your nose in the real world won't be plugged.

I got a really bad nightmare yesterday, let me tell yah.

In the nightmare, i was in the bathroom, everything looked good, i opened the door and walked to the other room, there was some kind of...Pipes, all the house was dark, then i did see a balloon, but there was something wrong with it, one of it's sides was flat, i looked at it and i walked to the courtyard, i looked to the sky, it was red, i walked to my dad and mom room, but i did see some strange monsters in there, i ran at the courtyard again, i heared a strong sound, some kind of, stomping sound, some hands with blood started coming out from the ground, my dog was dead, the walls started to become bloody, with some kind of veins, then some blue crystals started coming out from the ground, then i did see some kind of...Monster, it was like an human, but it was made from black paper, he did not have knees, it was like Rayman, then i heard some music, it was the music from SH: Shattered Memories, Devil's Laugher, but playing backwards, i tried to wake up (I can wake up from nightmare, trying to scream and move.) I waked up, then i wasn't able to get back to sleep.

The next day i was very sleepy.

Too much Silent Hill. I think...

I still have bad memories about the last time i tried that.... like 2 years ago, i almost succeeded in fully controlling my dreams.
But, like 1 month ago, i tried it again, and it turned into a frikken NIGHTMARE!!!
And then, i woke up in the livingroom, i asked my dad what happened, he said i just layed on the ground with my eyes open.
I said something i can't remember.
Then my dad said: THEN DON'T MESS WITH YOUR DREAMS.

And then i woke up with my heart pumping mad.

That must have been a message from god! He controls your actions by influencing you by controlling your dreams, therefore, by taking control yourself, he get pissed off!

That's exactly what I thought!

The creepiest dream I can recall was about some dolls in a room (which was my bedroom in that dream) coming to life and floating to me in a creepy way.

I rarely have nightmares, though I don't like the normal dreams in which I'm driving a car. I usually hit everything or struggle to keep it on the road.
