We had some nice cool rain for a bit, then the hot weather returned, oh well.

Well, our rain chances has pretty much gone out the window, in favor for hot weather, even up until the weekend.

I actually like hot weather.

Likewise, it seems the predicted rain hath been postponed 'til the weekend here.

I don't quite understand how some people like hot weather... I find it easier to get warm in cold weather than finding way to get cool in hot weather... unless you are indoors or in a car with air conditioning.

Each have their respective merits, I guess, depends really on whether or not you're more adverse to heat or coolness.

Yeah Ive grown to dislike hot weather, it was absolutely boiling yesterday.Was torture walking round my local retail park for like half an hour Then just like that its back to grey skies and chilliness, which I welcomed back with open arms!

Well, duh. On winter, you say you'll never complain in summer again. Then summer comes and you say you'll never complain in winter again. So neither is enjoyable, at least in my opinion. I like it when it's about 15 - 20 C.

I'm more for about 10 - 15C, though I don't mind 15 - 20, it's when we get to 20+ that things become intolerable.

This is a picture I took yesterday while waiting for the bus. It was there 13:45 i guess and normally at this time it isn't that dark!

Exactly. I really can't stand hot weather: I sleep badly and I feel more tired. With cold weather, I feel more energetic.

Really? I find it actually makes me more sleepy. Maybe that's because the daylight periods are shorter in winter though.

I couldn't have phrased it better myself, especially how I feel more energetic in the cold.

It's been ridiculously, unbearably hot this Spring. On an abrupt change of course, I woke up last morning to find it was pouring rain with fog so thick I couldn't see the ground from my second-storey window. The fog cleared pretty quick, but I ended up having to drive my friend all the way to work on the other side of the city (which tallied to about three hours in total of driving there and back) since he missed his schedule. Oddly enough the rain and fog made the drive more enjoyable, because even though traffic was slow, the streetlights looked like big fireflies dispersed throughout the fog.

The weather better not suddenly get hotter again. It's four in the morning, and aside from the excitement of becoming a moderator today, there isn't a chance in Hell (no pun intended) that I'd be able to sleep in this heat. It's 23º right now, and while that isn't considered hot at all for them Americans, that's pretty scorching over here.
