< spent over an hour today travelling from Ironforge to the eastern plaguelands today since < loves that zone, but it wasn't the natural progression from <'s last quest zone. Trip was fun though, < played the adventure line theme from Stanley parable the whole way there.
< also just did the darkmoon faire dailies, < loves that place, maybe just because it reminds < of fairs my mother worked at when < was a very small child.

< is gonna play some town of salem now though.

< started back at uni today.
< hardly slept at all last night. < ended up having a nightmare about… Object-Oriented Programming in Perl.

< is eating honey on toast

Yeah, all's mobiles has this, they rely on prediction and temperature < thinks.

< is pretty sure mobiles seem to gain charge because they can't measure the battery's charge very accurately and have to use predictions like incog said, but if you're using a very energy hungry app and suddenly stop the phone will have to stop relying on the constant steady loss of charge to guess the exact percentage and will have to recalculate the actual charge, which can result in the phone realising it had more charge than it thought. < isn't sure temperature comes into it though.

< is trying to learn Japanese but can't find any reliable resources for learning the actual language. < has just learnt hirigana but can't actually use it to make many comprehensive sentences...

<'s phone did that thing again today… < notices it basically loses no charge at all while < isn't using it, no matter how much stuff is running in the background. < guesses it thinks the screen is using more juice than it really does. The funny thing is though, the charge doesn't suddenly jump up 4%, it just starts creeping back up, 1% at a time!

< notices the Perl joke is finally gone from the bottom line. < is about to start trying to rewrite one of <'s tools in Perl…
