+ I got to see the official Doctor Who exhibition/museum thing. I've never seen a single episode, but I guess I'm luckier than everyone who participates in the thread about it. I did learn a few things about the show though - I liked the weeping angels and those robot-human race people things.

Do you mean the Doctor Who Experience in Wales?
- Even if not, I'm jelly. I went to a Doctor Who museum in Blackpool once, sadly, it's closed down since.

Kinda it's a flashcard. Useful for really rare and expensive games like M.U.S.H.A or Mega Man Wily Wars or homebrews. When you get the console you should totally also get a Scart RGB adapter since the original RF cable is shit and doesn't neccessairly work for every TVs nowadays :/

Thanks for the tip!
I think I'll get an everdrive later since some games (like streets of rage II) are pretty expensive and owning the game feels awesome . And I use some old TV's for older gaming consoles (so that the output doesn't look like shit) but since I don't know how that RF cable works (I got red/white/yellow wires for my NES since the RF thingy doesn't do shit) so it's probably a good idea to get a scart cable C: .

Now keep in mind that Everdrives aren't very cheap... As for the RF cable: The Mega Drive originally comes with an RF cable. RF cable is a atenna cable that has the audio (mono) and video parts compressed into one single cable. If you plug it into your TV your have to look for which channel the Mega Drive is tuned into... If I recall I think it was on Channel 34 or 35, not sure anymore, since I don't use RF anymore. As you may guess, the picture quality AND sound quality is the worst! You're better with a Scart RGB cable which gives you the best picture and sound quality produced by the system. They're also not thaat expensive if you may take a look: http://www.ebay.de/itm/Scartkabel-fur-M ... 19c778e80e
But keep in mind that, from the back there is only Mono sound coming out. There are but cables which take also the stereo sound from the front jack: https://www.retrogamingcables.co.uk/seg ... le-tv-lead
But if you want to stick with the standart composite av cables, this is the way to go: http://www.ebay.de/itm/Sega-Mega-Drive- ... 5b08f39b19
for the Stereo sound get something this: http://www.ebay.de/itm/3m-Klinke-Cinch- ... 4ac5dd0005
But does that have the same picture and sound as the Scart cable or is it worse? (I still have some lose scart blocks to be used so that may do the trick ) Well, atleast the RF unit doesn't sound as bad as the Model II mega drive. Right?

That standart yellow cable will look definitally worse than the rgb cable. And a simple scart adapter will result in the same picture because you still only got the composite signal.

So the best thing to look for is a Composite Sync or VGA cable? Or is VGA worse than Composiye Sync?
