Dry toast? Banana? Applesauce?

Not on <'s list. Though when I'm really sick, I do like a little strawberry jelly on my toast.

< never eats more than one or two chips if < determines that the batch is too greasy. But < has in the past gone down that road by eating too many "all-butter" croissants at a time.

The idea being that ^ will feel better if ^ eats bland and absorbent foods. < Thinks it's better than staying icky

< tends to have buttered rice if <'s feeling sickly, it's not too heavy and it's not too rich.

< does agree and will remember what ^^ suggested. It's just that < doesn't have any of those except toast at the moment.

< Thinks it's better than nothing! If ^ MUST have jam, try and use a super small amount at least

< wonders how jelly affects someone when they are sick. Either way, thanks, ^. Will get to eating some toast later.

Simply that the extra sugars will upset ^'s stomach further is all! Remember, the blander the better always

< is pretty sure there were more active days in-between (record day aside). Or was ‘similar’ meant be taken literally? :paranormal:

"maximum" salt is the amount of salt nobody would ever be able to eat

< meant in terms of most activity, < doesn't remember seeing anything bigger than the 260+ we've gotten between RD2016 and now.
