If that's really the case, < suggests seeing a therapist. < doesn't have any experience but <'s heard they can usually help with this kind of thing. Or if you don't want to do that then at least call a crisis line or something, wallowing in your own depressive thoughts without talking to anyone would probably just make you feel worse.
