If that's really the case, < suggests seeing a therapist. < doesn't have any experience but <'s heard they can usually help with this kind of thing. Or if you don't want to do that then at least call a crisis line or something, wallowing in your own depressive thoughts without talking to anyone would probably just make you feel worse.

As far as < knows the entire therapy business doesn't just boil down to random people getting paid to listen to peoples useless shit, they do have a profession.
Still, talking to people about it is better than keeping it to yourself.
