I'm currently watching a play-through of Pokemon X/Y on YouTube. The game looks very good so far! It's a shame that you can't get it for the regular DS.

The new games are highly recommendable.

Yeah, well I can imagine by the time I'm half way into this walk through I'll no doubt be wanting the game! I'll have to get it eventually though because of the cash

Oh and collection wise I have lots of Pokemon cards. Also I used to have fire red & leaf green. I still own a copy of Ruby & Black.

Main Games : Yellow, Gold, Ruby, Leaf Green, Emerald, Diamond, Black, Black 2, X

Side Games : Colosseum, XD, Battle Revolution, Mystery Dungeon Blue, Mystery Dungeon Gates to Infinity, Pokemon Link Battle/Trozei Battle

Storage Systems : Pokemon Ranch, Pokemon Bank & Poke Transfer

Other Note worthy things : Butt loads of cards, that blue 3DS with Yvetal & Xerneas on the front, a whole lot of figures lying about my desk, plushies of Torchic, Pikachu and Rotom, Volumes 1 + 15-19 + BW 4-8 of the Adventures manga, and phone charms of Milotic, Jirachi, Gardevoir and Froakie.

Obsessed? Maybe. Not going to deny it at least.

I looked into X & Y and it made me sad that you can't catch a Koffing How else am I going to get a WHEEEEEEZZZING - well other then trading of course. Not sure why they over-looked Koffing!

XY had a butt load of Pokemon available to catch and yet I can assure you that I feel your pain; I wanted a Milotic in X but it couldn't be captured in game.

My fav Pokemon include : Rotom, Sableye, Milotic, Mamoswine, Croagunk, Chandelure, Metagross....but I'll stop there since I like a lot, especially from Hoenn.

Haha yeah they left off a few which kinda sucks. Do they have Milotic in Y? - From my own personal preference it seems to me that 'X' has the better choice of wild Pokemon to catch.

Ah nice, Milotic is a nice looking Pokemnon! - I'm with your on Chandelure! That's a beast, especially against the Elite 4 on Black/White

My favourites: Starmie, Houndoom, Poliwrath, Cloyster, Pinsir

Milotic is un-obtainable in both games, rather stupid choice to make on their part since they had a region based on beauty and never put in the most beautiful Pokemon? Not that my love for it comes from just it's looks; it is my favourite Pokemon to use in battle as it destroys everything.

Yeah that is odd. Especially since it's based on France or w/e, all the style etc. I guess it's kinda the opposite with Koffing & Weezing LOL , not exactly beauties!

I wouldn't doubt the fact they'd name them that. They'll surely have to when they use the entire alphabet.

Nah, it makes sense, each Pokemon game follow a set pattern in terms of naming. X and Y refer to genes.

Yeah that's the thing with these newer Pokemon games, they always make me want to wait. Like with Black and White they soon came out with Black & white 2. Although I can imagine it's going to be a while till we get a NEW Pokemon game. I think it's good that we've hit a new gen of 3D. It'll really move the whole game series forwards

Black and White and Black and White 2 aren't the same game, that's the thing. Usually I can understand waiting, but this is one of the few times where I'd get both.

Next games are either going to be remakes (not necessarily Hoenn, while most likely Game Freak seems to enjoy going down the nostalgia line so FR/LG remakes are fairly plausible) or Z, or ZX & ZY.

I don't know, Kanto's been in three generations in a row, it's only missed Gen V, I'd hope they'd remake Hoenn.

Yeah another version of Emerald would be great. Also they really do need to bring Kanto to the DS

HGSS have Kanto on them.
