I agree, because you can't actually order anything from the finnish Gamestop, and now it seems that the only bonus is the Assassin's creed costume (for Wii U). Possibly I won't pre-order it, and ! just buy RL on the first day when it comes out.

The person is deeply in love with the box that's why its high. Ok i'm not funny. Either they have no idea on how to price it or just think its worth that much but its ridiculous.

It's worth that much because it's so new, I'm certainly sure that the price will drop in the future.

I told this before in the RL topic, but if french people do their pre-order online in FNAC.fr, you'll get a Lum antistress ball as a gift.
