Biditank isn't actually a "him", it's a tank-like weapon controlled by the chubby "Spyglass" pirate.

Xowar, the gorilla-like creature with tusks.

He appears in wanted posters around the Master Kaag boss if I rember correctly, and is also hidden in a secret room before the final boss.
