I don't know, Kanto's been in three generations in a row, it's only missed Gen V, I'd hope they'd remake Hoenn.

As I said Hoenn would be the more likely remake as Kanto is already on DS but Gen 6 in general has mostly been attempts to please older fans which is why I said Kanto remakes wouldn't be out of the question, perhaps after Hoenn but who knows.

Speaking of regions new ones have been hinted in XY which lead people to theorise that a new one could be in Z as a bonus region or starting in said new region.

Nope, every city, every route, and most gym leaders from Kanto return (though with a few changes, as Gen 2 takes place after Gen 1, time moves on).

Nice. Well I just remember seeing a playthrough where they went to Kanto, and they started at the 3rd gym. Which made me assume it wasn't the full region, there you go Serza!!
