< is frustrated because in <'s home town it's a bank holiday but not where < lives now. Even though both cities are in France.

< learned yesterday that here it's in the strange state of being a "Bank Holiday" but not a "Public Holiday" (so < had to specifically ask for the day off since < doesn't work at a bank).
