Pff, who needs fruit when you have meat and bread?

Meat? Well, < is a vegetarian…
Anyway, < did manage to eat <'s usual dinner of chickpea burgers, which works all right even when chewed on only one side of the mouth. :)

Ah, well then if you're sensible, carbohydrates are the only comestibles you should be eating.
Though < is about to tuck into a mango so <'ll have to make an exception.

< thinks ^ should remain aware that, high metabolism or not, a poor diet can affect your health regardless. This is mostly why < is trying to right <'s diet lately so < doesn't feel like sludge at the age of 40.

< is one step ahead of ^. < has been eating more healthy foods like bread, a variety of vegetables and white rice, just to name a few. < has been drinking more water and less lemonade and soda.

< was mentioning about <'s metabolism because <'s weight wouldn't be really all that affected from eating food like pizza.
