Wasn't the Corrin announcement a huge spoiler to the west anyways? So it was more of a pandering to the Japanese market then anything.

I think that, if modders can add their own fully fleshed-out character to Brawl, the same can certainly be done to Smash 4, given enough time. In a matter of years, who knows, we could have Rayman and King K. Rool at long last. Of course, it's 2016 and we're just now getting a Brawl character, so let's not hold our breath.

I stole it and used it to make Sakurai put Corrin in for me.

Having Rayman in Sm4sh is pretty much screwed at this point. And I fear it will take a very long time for modders to be able to do something.

Doesn't mean we won't be getting him in Smash 5 either, though. The Smash ballot should inspire Sakurai & co. for the next game... be it in a good or bad way.

If Sakurai comes back for Smash 5, we can only expect more anime sword guys. I pray he doesn't return, because otherwise everybody is screwed.

The problem with that infographic is that it's making completely baseless assumptions. None of those characters have ever been playable in Smash Bros, so we have no idea whether or not they would be clones (with the exception of Young Link, but nobody actually wanted him back). For all they know Ninten and especially Peppy (Peppy using Illusion or Firefox?) could have completely original movesets.
