I played the demo.
My impressions: FUCKING INCREDIBLE.
This is by far, the best looking Wii U game in terms of performance and graphics. It looks amazing and the music was just downright catchy. Really upset I won't be able to get this game day one. Considering it's being bundled with Bayonetta 1, I hope none of you Wii U owners miss out on it, seriously, the demo is free, I REALLY recommend you give it a try and see if it's your thing. Even if you don't think hack 'n slashes are your thing, the least you can do is give it a try, as it is free after all.

The title says it with a bit too much certainty for my tastes, but this is an intriguing development regardless.

If it's true, I hope they stop calling it a Wii. I don't know why, but I've always kind of disliked console systems reusing their previous counterpart's name in their own. But numeric iterations like the PlayStation are alright to me. Xbox-Xbox360-Xbone and NintendoDS-DSLite-DSi-3DS are good examples of that.

I like seeing creative, new names. c:

I'd have gone with 3DS+ personally, bit corny perhaps, but it's snappier.

After playing and raging on the new Smash Bros., I can say that it's one of my favorite games on the system.

Yeah, I never understood why it was stunningly good for Sony to call its console the PS4 but totally ridiculous for Nintendo to call its console the WiiU.

Pretty much that, Apple did that with the iPad at some stage too, got real confusing after a while.

I wouldn't say good, it kinda implies that it's an iteration of the same thing, which it isn't. But it makes it more clear that it's a new console, one thing that confused many about the Wii U initially was whether it was a new console, or just a new controller.

I need to chill for a second, over 50 new things announced, I'll share important ones:
-8 Player Smash (Playing with up to 8 people)
-Stage builder (You can now use the wii U gamepad to draw slopes and stuff which is really cool)
-FUCKING MEWTWO
-Club Nintendo reward to get soundtrack on CD for purchase
-The new mode featured in Wii U version is a Mario Party like game where you're on a board called Smash Tour

These are all important details for me, I'm hyped now.

Ridley and Lanky Kong are next, I just know
