The competition is NOT open, and it may not even be a competition. Hunchman801 has not specified how or when this will happen. In fact, he's only mentioned it once. Stop jumping to conclusions.

Well Serza5 had a very cool suggestion earlier. While we're just at it, we could also use a different background color for the baddies ranks. Serza's idea!

Maybe Navy Blue?

He did think about blue. But I wouldn't let it become too bright. It's a background color after all. It must not make it too hard to see the character. Perhaps a desaturated blue will do nicely. Something that leans to grey but is still blue.
