Seems to me this was in a magazine artical and those 2 work at ubisoft.(Or were doing a interview)
The magazine i think is called "GAME.EXE MAGAZINE"

However i think this was just made for the ubisoft headquarters in France and never was intended to make a promotional item. (Maybe even inspired theme to make a rayman 3 statue and promote it)

No ive just come to the conclusion that i would sell my children for Rayman merchandise worth it.
