Sure it can, you can make wiser decisions in life that save more money and make better investment choices!

I'm sorry, but I would honestly turn down the $10M dollars. I like my current friends, no money on this planet could replace them.

Would you rather stick with small groups of friends or larger groups of friends?

Honestly, same. I never cared about money or wealth, I only ever cared about having real friends and my family. I couldn't care less how much money I was offered, it would never replace either of them.

I would rather stick with smaller groups of friends I can rely on and trust, than have a massive circle where there's constant issues as to who said / done what and a lot of treachery going on. I have been let down a lot by people over the years so I don't want to make time for bad people anymore. Life is too short for all that nonsense.

Would you rather be the center of attention, or be away from all the action?

Are you kidding? 100% away from all the action. I'd love to be in a corner working away on something that's useful but very few people know/care about, and everyone else would just leave me alone. But… it doesn't really tend to work out that way for me :oops2:

Tesla or Hyundai electric cars?

Not a big fan of electric cars, but I'd choose Hyundai 100000 times. Tesla cars are overrated af, and their brakes are simply a joke. This one was a very easy choice.

Mercedes or Audi?

To answer ithasmore’s original question, I would say 10x of one thing. If we think about it, 1.25x of everything would mean we would also get 1.25 of things like pain, suffering and other negative emotions.

Also, Dave’s question has an obvious answer to me. Money is not everything and I’d rather keep all the friends I have close to me. If I wanted to have all the money to myself I’d wind up like Conker or something. :P

In the winter do you like soup or stew?

Yeah, I'm with Plum here. I do not want to be the center of attention, popularity is overrated and too overwhelming. I don't understand people who crave all the attention in the world. I probably could work in a corner some place like Plum and just work to music and be happy with no interruptions.

Like Dave, I'm not a big fan of electric cars either, I am more of a fan of hybrids more than anything. Those would make the most sense since they give you the best of both worlds, especially the plugin hybrids.

Between those two? I'm more familiar with Mercedes than I am Audi. So I'd probably pick that due to the brand recognition.

Stew, especially the beef stew my mom makes. It's really good.

Of course her dish is great any time of the year, but you can't go wrong with it especially in the winter time!

Grilled cheese sandwiches by themselves or grilled cheese sandwiches with things like tomato soup?

Somehow I missed a whole page before I asked that question!

Hmm, that’s a good question. A grilled cheese with a homemade tomato soup, that’s bomb but I think there’s nothing wrong with having it by itself too. For the purposes of this question I’ll go for with soup. I Iike the acidic contrast of tomato soup with rich grilled cheese.

When you have hot cocoa, do you like it with toppings like marshmallows or purely as it is?

Always topped, hot cocoa isnt the same without whipped cream and marshmallows!

Do you prefer hotdogs with little to nothing on them or loaded with stuff like a Chicago style hotdog?

I prefer my hotdogs with little on them, generally cheese. I don't really do anything else other than that. I've also loved having nacho cheese on my hotdogs too.

Do you prefer your hotdogs grilled on a BBQ Grill, boiled, cooked on a skillet, or nuked in the microwave?

In terms of the question about being the center of attention or away from the action, I am also definitely the latter. I love just working on things in peace, especially when I get hyper fixated on the cause. I just don't want to be disturbed at that point and I want to be in my own corner per say. I also agree that popularity is overrated, and only want a few decent reliable friends.

I guess I would say BBQ grilled, for the reason that I've always liked flame grilled food. It even got to the point I became obsessed with Burger King just because of that flame grilled burger with bacon and cheese. :P

SNES or Sega Mega Drive / Genesis?

It's rather unfortunate how much Burger King has gone down hill, at least around here. Their burgers were fantastic for that reason you mentioned. It doesn't feel like there's very many left around.

Well, this is a tough one indeed! I never had a Sega Genesis as a kid, I only ended up with one later in life, like as a teen and an adult where I got to get a Genesis and began to truly enjoy the system a bit. Especially later as an adult when I got Sonic 3 & Knuckles and more games for the system. Between that and the Sega CD.

However, we mostly had Nintendo consoles when I was a little kid, I began with the NES and then got the SNES. This is where my childhood memories lie.

Ultimately while both systems are great to me, I will pick the SNES because of the fond memories I have of playing Donkey Kong Country on it, Super Mario All Stars, Goof Troop, and etc. It definitely had a lot to offer. :hap:

How about things like the XRGB Framemeister, OSSC, OSSC Pro, RetroTINK 5x, or even the RetroTINK 4k scalers for the retro consoles?

I haven't been there in some time, but I used to have Burger King as my go-to when I was out shopping and got hungry. I always much preferred it to McDonald's, though I do fondly remember as a kid I used to really like going to the latter because of those Happy Meal's, where I'd spend all the time playing with the silly toy instead of eating my food.

I believe it was the opposite for me also. While I did have an NES clone as a kid and used to play that a lot, I never had the SNES as a kid, and instead, had the Mega Drive. I used to love playing Sonic 2 on it back then, but ofc I used to really like going to my uncle's and playing Super Mario World. Eventually my aunt ended up with their SNES, and I very much recall playing Donkey Kong Country, Super Mario All-Stars, and Super Mario World. I even recall playing games like Theme Park on it, and enjoying it a lot. It's only when I became a teen that I actually got a SNES myself.

Anyway, this one is tough. I never had a Framemeister, and always got put off by the high price. While it's something I'd love for compatibility reasons, I'm more familiar with the OSSC. The RetroTINK is something I was looking at for the N64 and NES, though only a basic version of it really for composite and s-video. Given the low input lag though, I'm inclined to go with OSSC, at least in terms of using RGB signals. I know that there are compatibility issues, but my TV plays ball with it no problem, and given the OSSC Pro does have extra features and a frame-buffer, I would probably choose this. As of now though, my OSSC is doing the job, so I'll avoid buying the Pro for now.

Did you prefer the Game Boy Advance, the Game Boy Advance SP, or the Game Boy Micro?

Tough one indeed! Well okay maybe not?

To elaborate, I had the Gameboy Advanced SP first, but I later obtained a modded Gameboy Advanced with the backlit screen. I ended up preferring this due to the console being wider and easier to hold. Now I have a nice blue aluminum shell for my GBA with a rechargeable battery. I might later replace the screen with an even better one, for now it's fine.

Wrapping Christmas presents with bows and ribbons or without bows and ribbons?

I prefer wrapping them with bows and ribbons. I know that isn't the most important part of the gift, but wrapping it beautifully is entertaining and, in the end, it makes the Christmas tree look better :P

Going on a trip for a week or a new console?

Consoles last longer, but I already got a new console a couple months ago so I'll choose the trip.

Do you prefer the city or the countryside?

The countryside, it's just more peaceful and less stressful than a city can be, especially a large city. I just prefer smaller populations.

Do you prefer gold and silver or cash money?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding it, but let's say you mean literal gold and silver (which were currencies back in the past :mryellow:). The wise choice would be gold and silver, and there's a very simple reason behind that choice... Gold and silver may hold their value in the future, cash money may not ;)

This is going to be very specific... As for Sonic series, do you prefer the American animated series or the Japanese animated series?

Re: This or That?

Hmmm, I don't recall if any of the first 3 cartoons of Sonic's (AOSTH, Sonic SatAM, Sonic Underground) ever had Japanese releases, in which case I default to Sonic X, which I know does have both. In which case, I would go with the Japanese version. The American version compared to Japanese was way too over the top with the music and cuts certain things out that the Japanese left in that I found entertaining. But then again, it WAS 4Kids who dubbed the series, and seeing what they did with Pokemon (yes I'm talking to you 'donuts'), this wasn't surprising.

Since the previous question was about Sonic, I'll follow suit and ask something more specific: Which series would you watch. Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog or Sonic the Hedgehog (Sat Am)?

I’ve only ever watched AOSTH so I’ll go with that one

Sonic games or Sonic TV shows

I enjoyed Sonic X, AOSTH and Sonic SatAm when I was younger, but I prefer Sonic games (specially Sonic 3, which is my favourite one from the original trilogy and one of my favourite 2D games).

Imagine these Rayman scrapped games got leaked. Which one would you prefer to play. Rayman 1 (NES) or Rayman 2 (2D)?
