< would correct you in saying < uses the british pound but that and the Euro are worth the same these days :fou2:

Also yes < still has <'s PS2 cables so dang that sounds like a must :mryellow:

Did ^ hit the home button while controller was connected to console via the USB port? If not ^ should try getting a new controller then.

< recently had to buy a PS4 controller because it had stopped working on < for no reason. < feels like new controllers are really overpriced.

See the thing is that the PS3 came with literally no cables, including the one for the controller and < doesn't have any other mini USB cable in the house to make do
< simply bought a cheap and high rated cable off of ebay, along with games which < definetely needs for it :P

< Is not dead.
< Will still be active for some little time.
Nothing is wrong with any of <'s consoles's controllers, which is a blessing to <.

< beat that accursed Blue Sphere stage at long last, the gold medal < managed is reasonable compensation.

< Knows how hard those stages are since < had already played a classic sonic game that has those bonus stages.
< applauds ^

< really lacks the patience for the gold medals
< managed to get all the silver medals in the switch version of Mania, but unfortunately there's no achievements on Switch for < to prove so.
< doesn't really want to redo it on the steam version. As much as < prefers blue sphere over the crappy half pipe < was kind of hoping for something a lot more quick and fun similar to 3 & Knuckles bonus checkpoint minigames (although Titanic Monarch seems to implement a lot of those < notices.)

Since Mania's been opened for modding, < was hoping something like this would happen eventually. While < likes the colours of the Mania Sonic sprite, < has always preferred Sonic 3's design over Sonic 1 & 2. < would like to see the Sonic 3 sprite with the Mania palette, as < thinks that'd be the best fusion of the styles.

When < says it was dead < means it wasn't charged at all, or at least < hopes that's why it wasn't switching on

<'s been playing Mania too, < just noticed the Mirage Saloon (a wild-westy kind of level) sounds like it has the motif from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

< wonders if it was intentional

Got it.

<’s DS3 is exhibiting the same issues :(

< gave up on a homework problem a few days ago after spending hours staring at a matrix trying to figure out the properties of its eigenvalues. Then in the tutorial it was revealed that the solution involved some graphing and a bit of handwaving, which < figured might have been the case (but too late to do anything about it!). Then this evening for a laugh < decided to throw it into SymPy to get general expressions for the eigenvalues… < definitely prefers the handwaving. :beurk:
