With the power back, < can now get back to working on a brand new project.
And start back up on school assessments.

< is planning to do more art stuff today although < needs to get back into coding soon as <'s friend brought up our project again

< needs to do more coding, < has been sitting on the basics for so long now, < needs to get off <'s arse some time and start tinkering and expanding what < knows.

Speaking of such < is not sure ^ has ever mentioned what he wanted to use code for generally

Mostly for the lulz, in honesty. Though the main goal would be just getting a better understanding of some of the more complex concepts, so <'s experience is bettered. Granted, <'s not doing Computer Science, but programming is still an integral part of the study of Electronics, and it's something < thinks < should further.

To < it sounds like ^ should probably read into more what sort of programming is involved in Electronics and then try practicing stuff from there

From what <'s seen, there's a lot of C for the lower level stuff. Python seems to be fairly popular amongst the Robotics guys, if what <'s convos with one of <'s lecturers is anything to go by. Then there's the FPGA's, < did work using Verilog and VHDL. They're not too bad, but man, the more complicated stuff makes <'s head spin.
< guesses that the feeling < has is that <'s touched water with these languages, but < hasn't really dived deep. Though looking back, <'s been saying this for some time now. < thinks that once <'s done with Uni, < should try coming up with some projects for < to mess about with, might as well keep <'s mind running while < attempts to start any potential career.

< needs to get back to learning coding too. <'s got a book on C++, but whenever < gets to the long theory bit < always puts it off for too long

Theory of OOP? That always used to put < off too. < started learning C++ way too late in life (by which < means 14

).
< and <'s dad got the cat to the vet today. The poor vet did not come away from the incident uninjured! But at least we got antibiotics.

So Insomniac Games has a new logo:

neither does <, but appearently the trend keeps going to flatten/simplify everything.

It's the simplistic logo look that many companies seem to be opting for and while < thinks simplicity can work in some logos in most of them it feels a bit drab for <.

< likes the new logo, it's uniform but it has flare in just the right places. < think the old one looks dated, messy and unprofessional, not the kind of thing you want in today's industry. The new O is especially cool.

< mostly agrees with Ads points, especially on the new O. But < also thinks it feels a bit too plain, < can't put <'s finger on what exactly but it's like it needs a little bit of something else added to it

While < isn't opposed to the flat style of modern logos, < finds this one to be a bit...plain. < likes iconography, but < is going to miss the old Insomniac Moon. These new crescents make a decent allusion, and would work as an icon, though it feels like a bit of an excessively simple replacement. Overall, < just doesn't get much of a vibe from the logo, < thinks Serz's point might be the case for <.
