Should <? < never heard about those before.
Re: The You Game!
< found ten cents today and yesterday.
< is flashing back on the times that < played Samurai Warriors 2 XL with <'s cousin. He was really annoyed that < kept stealing his kills on purpose.

< wonders how ^ manages to find so much loose change lying about. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but <'d have thought folks would be careful with their change.
Re: The You Game!
For some reason. All of the school children don't care about anything but silver dollars or at least twenty five cents. So < tends to find some small change all over the place.Master wrote:< wonders how ^ manages to find so much loose change lying about. < remembers spotting a 20c coin in the middle of an ice rink back in 2011. It was the only thing that enticed < away from the edge.
Re: The You Game!
< made another "spriteswapped" signature for fun just now.

< is thinking of selling <'s old iPod Touch. GameStop's website said < would get 47 dollars if < traded it in.

Re: The You Game!
< replaced the thermal paste on <'s CPU this morning, to no avail. It's still way too easy to push this thing to 100 °C. < thinks the heat sink isn't sitting properly, although < refitted it several times. Alternatively, maybe the thermal stack is permanently damaged (unlikely < reckons) or maybe < just needs a better heat sink.
< wishes < had taken a picture after cleaning the old thermal paste off. The metal holding the CPU in the socket was really discoloured by operating at such elevated temperatures for the past three years!
< also took the opportunity to clean out some of the air vents in <'s case and found what appears to have been the shell of a decomposed insect.

Well, if you're interested in "fair-trade" components, and being able to repair/upgrade it yourself, it's worth looking into. < believes FairPhones are easier to get on the continent than here in Ireland. But they're quite expensive!Harpic fraîcheur wrote:Should <? < never heard about those before.

< seen they're less expensive than the Samsung Galaxy s8. < might consider getting a FairPhone, but < will be getting some money out of work so < might get both too.PluMGMK wrote:Well, if you're interested in "fair-trade" components, and being able to repair/upgrade it yourself, it's worth looking into. < believes FairPhones are easier to get on the continent than here in Ireland.
