Re: What games are you currently playing?
Do you play old games like HL1 and Undying from the original disc? Copying them onto the HDD should make them load much quicker.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Naw, I have HL1 on Steam and Undying played via CD crack.
They load quick, but it still is quite annoying to walk into a room and see "loading" for about 2 seconds, because it's an interruption of gameplay that would otherwise be completely smooth. I'm just merely complaining about how small every playable area really is compared to how large playable areas generally are in games today.

I strongly recommend Final Fantasy IV or Chrono Trigger if you like RPGs ^-^Holy Crap wrote:Well, I finally got a md chip for my DS. Now I just need to decide on a agme (or many) to download...

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Well, No$GBA kinda works for some games (to an extent). It's a bit iffy though most of the time.

NI'm aware of NO$GBA, what I meant was 'Are there any good emulators which run on the DS?'. Such as GBA ones, SNES ones and so on.

Typo win.spiraldoor wrote:NI'm aware of
The DS should certainly be able to play GBA games from an R4, given that it's actually meant to be backwards-compatible with them.

The game isn't really that good, but it has its funny moments.

It's like the Futurama game, then.El Dango wrote:The game isn't really that good, but it has its funny moments.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Well, that makes it better than most games based on movies and tv series, which are pure crap.El Dango wrote:The game isn't really that good, but it has its funny moments.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I wonder why it's so hard for the developers to make them right. Maybe it's because they usually follow a very linear storyline or something.
Seems likely.spiraldoor wrote: It's like the Futurama game, then.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Time constraints are the main reason. They rarely do follow the source material's story very closely; I find that in the majority of licensed games, most of the play-time is taken up by performing more game-like quests and missions that were not present in the film/series/whatever.El Dango wrote:I wonder why it's so hard for the developers to make them right. Re: What games are you currently playing?
An awful lot of them are released before the film is though.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I haven't played alot of movie games. I only remember playing Harry Potter and Stuart Little.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I've played a demo of the Stuart little one when it (along with Rayman Rush) was given out in McDonalds years ago, and I've played a few very old Harry Potter ones but that's it. ^^
