Spaghetti, lasagna always has either too much of the pasta part or too much of the sauce part. Plus, spaghetti is easy to make.

Hamburgers, they're usually pretty good, while hotdogs can be both really good, and horrible. Hamburgers also have more variety, which I find nice.

Béchamel, definitely. Has way more variety, and I nevr rliked pesto to begin with.
Whats more important in food? The flavor, or texture?
