Yup, < says that barre chords are apparently hardest on acoustic guitars.

Well, <’s guitar’s action is pretty high (3-4mm at 12th fret, measured from bass side) and < believes < has .012 strings on it. < isn’t sure though.

< can get a minor 6th-string bar chord to ring clear with only a little effort. < remembers not being able to get them to ring clear at first.

< had a lot of problems getting each string to ring at first also and the muscles in <'s left hand hurt a lot from the pressure. <'s action seems to be about that height too and < has martin light strings which are also .012.

Actually, ^^^'s rank reminds < of a Rayman 3 memory too, and I think ^'s rank is helping me remember which scene it appears in.

Yep and < was also told it could be the technique but < thinks it's just harder on acoustic until a tolerance or the strength builds up.

< would like lower action but that would cost < money as < doesn't want to ruin the guitar. < can work with electric ones as they're fully adjustable but acoustic have to be filed down and there's no going back if < does it wrong.

< always gets tired from driving and last Friday < had an accident falling asleep. Strangely <‘s car came out with no scratches. But < has to take car in for oil change tomorrow Saturday anyway so...might as well fix it.

< should go grab some orange juice at the store tomorrow. It's been too long since < last had some.
