Hi ^, use < for I, me, etc. and ^ to refer to the person you are talking to (if higher up, use more ^'s!)

Basically, ^ is not allowed to refer to other posters by their name or use I or me any kind of pronoun that refers to yourself or ^ will be breaking the rules. Use <, ok? And no, < am not a staff member so...
